Include the email you use for RoundHound, what happened, and the page where it happened. Please do not send passwords, sign-in codes, or card details.
Trouble signing in?
On the sign-in page, enter your email and choose “Forgotten it?” to request a password reset. Check your spam folder if the message does not arrive.
If you normally use Google, choose “Continue with Google”. If you still cannot get in, email support.
Request account deletion
Email us from the address you use for RoundHound. We will confirm ownership and the request before deleting your account.
Deletion removes your account and saved preparation, including Targets, résumés, practice transcripts, and feedback. It cannot be undone. Some payment and security records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
This opens your email app. Send the message to submit your request; opening the draft does not delete your account. You can also write directly to support@roundhound.ai.
