Roblox · Mid-level
Prepare for the Roblox Product Manager interview with 5 practice rounds and what each one looks for. Pick any round and an AI interviewer runs it with you at full length, with follow-up questions. Afterwards you’ll see what went well and what to work on next.
Your first 60 minutes of practice are free. No card needed.
Next: your first full round
One full practice round shows where you stand before you work on anything specific.
Pick a round to see what it asks of you and where you stand on it.
See how you make tradeoffs in a constrained, game-like scenario and explain your strategy in writing.
Ask what changes if the main constraint doubles.
Draft a template before you play. Line 1: your goal and main constraint. Line 2: your choice, with two or three reasons and what you give up. Line 3: one risk. Keep the note short enough to read in under one minute.
Roblox doesn't publish its product manager interview process. Candidates and guides describe a game-based online assessment, a behavioral interview, and two product interviews, with Roblox-specific prompts such as a recommendation system and a brand collaboration. Guides also mention an execution round and a final panel. Round count and order differ across sources, and no report is clearly mid-level, so treat this loop as a best guess.
Worth redoing if you hear something from the recruiter that contradicts this.
Every round you’ve done for this job, newest first.
Game-based online assessment, Behavioral interview, Product sense and design interview, Execution and analytics interview, and Panel and executive leadership interview have no attempts yet.
Guides describe two or three game-like scenarios, then a short written explanation of your strategy. They say clear tradeoff reasoning matters more than speed.

Pick a pacing rule. For example, split your time equally across scenarios and keep a few minutes to write. Decide now when you will stop tuning one detail and move on.
One Glassdoor candidate describes three separate game assessments: a factory game, a car game, and a Godzilla game. You need time for each one and for the note.

Before each game, say two goals that pull against each other, such as speed and cost. Choose one. Write down what you will give up.
A clear tradeoff is the content of your note. Naming the conflict early makes the note easy to write.
Suggested approach
You have a saved three-line note template and a pacing rule written down, and you can name two competing goals for any simple game in under one minute.
Your first practice round takes 40 minutes.
