What RoundHound does
Researches how the company interviews
Paste a job link, or a company name and job title. We read the company’s own hiring pages, its current job postings, and what recent candidates shared, then lay out the rounds you’re likely to face and what each one tests.
Lets you practice every round out loud
An interviewer runs each round at its real length, by voice or by typing, and asks follow-up questions. A whiteboard or code editor opens when the round needs one.
Gives feedback after every round
After each round you see what went well and what to work on next, tied to what you actually said, so the next attempt has something specific to try.
Publishes free guides
Our guides include company interview guides built from the same research, and practical guides on behavioral interviews and ways to practice.
What makes RoundHound different
It starts from one company and one role
Many practice tools, such as Big Interview and Yoodli, focus on how you deliver an answer. RoundHound starts from what this company is likely to ask for this role, and builds the practice around those rounds.
You can check the research
Every plan lists the sources it was built from, so you can see what came from the company and what came from candidates or similar teams. Where the evidence is thin, the plan says so instead of inventing a fixed process.
Practice that sounds like an interview
Rounds run at their real length with follow-up questions, rather than a list of questions to read. Saying an answer out loud to someone who pushes back is the part that’s hard to practice alone.
No subscription
You buy a 7- or 30-day pass for the stretch when you’re interviewing, and it ends on its own. The free Starter plan covers one job and 60 minutes of practice.
Who RoundHound is for
- Software engineers preparing for a specific company’s interview loop.
- Product managers, designers, content designers, researchers, marketers, and program managers with a structured interview coming up.
- Anyone with an interview booked in the next few weeks who wants to practice that company’s rounds rather than generic questions.
The team behind RoundHound
RoundHound was founded in August 2026 by Ivan Ponomarev and is based in Tokyo, Japan. In his experience, most interviews are decided by how you communicate as much as by your answers: staying calm, thinking out loud, and keeping the interviewer with you. That’s the part that’s hard to practice alone, so he built a place to practice the interviews for the job you applied for, out loud, before the real ones.
The product launched as InterviewFit and was renamed RoundHound in October 2026.

- We research how that company interviews and lay out the rounds.
- You practice each round out loud and get feedback afterward.
You can choose a job and set up practice before creating an account; you sign up when you start. Questions go to support@roundhound.ai.

Frequently asked questions
Is RoundHound the same as InterviewFit?
Yes. InterviewFit was renamed RoundHound in October 2026, and interviewfit.ai now redirects here. The product and accounts carried over.
Are these the company’s real interview questions?
No, and that’s on purpose. We research how the company interviews: the rounds, their order, and the kinds of questions recent candidates describe. The practice questions are our own, written to match that shape.
Is RoundHound affiliated with the companies it covers?
No. Company names identify what you’re preparing for. Our research comes from public sources such as the company’s hiring pages, its job postings, and candidate reports, and each plan lists the sources it used.
Do I need a subscription?
No. Start free with one job and 60 minutes of practice. A Sprint or Pro pass covers 7 or 30 days and then ends, so there’s nothing to cancel.
